Whereby SDK & Product Updates in November 2024

As we near the end of the year we’ve been busy planning for 2025 and of course releasing some handy updates!

Highlights

• Webhook failure notifications- Whereby Embedded users making use of webhooks can now turn on notifications to receive an email if a webhook delivery fails. We know that many customers rely heavily on the data that we provide via webhooks for billing and other purposes, this update ensures that you and your team are aware of any failures immediately. • File sharing now available on iOS- We're delighted to release file sharing in the live chat in both our iOS app and the iOS SDK allowing participants to share photos and files during their video calls. Visit the dev docs.

• Video Call UI Kit tutorial- Watch our new video where we walk you through how to use our UI Kit, the design companion to our Browser SDK. Watch the tutorial.
