See your usage data clearly with the new Insights Dashboard 📈

Hello and Happy New Year 🎉 To kick things off in 2022, we have an exciting product update for you.

We're thrilled to share with you the first release of the new Insights Dashboard for Whereby Embedded. Now you can see more of your usage data in one view and understand it faster at a glance - so you can discover trends and report on customer usage easier.

With this new addition, you can quickly get a clear understanding of what's happening over time and see the big picture, or get a more granular view for data points like:

• 📈 How many Participant, Recording and Streaming minutes have been used

• 👨‍💻 The number of sessions/meetings happening over time

• 👥 How many participants have joined video calls

What’s next for Insights Dashboard?

This is just the beginning. We’re working on making it easier for you to get even more insights into your video call usage and end-user experience.

Look out for new functionality and data points coming soon including things like:

• Lists of rooms and sessions that you can filter to discover which meeting rooms are being used and how often

• Detailed in session data so you can monitor, troubleshoot and solve user experience issues faster on your own
