Introducing Meeting Diagnostics: Now in Beta

We're excited to announce a release of the Beta version of our Meeting diagnostics tool. This new feature allows participants and hosts to troubleshoot connection issues during calls, aiming to reduce your team’s support tickets and ensure high-quality video calls.

New features include:

• Meeting diagnostics

• Detection of poor network conditions

• Actionable tips for smoother meetings

What do you need to do to enable it?

• If you enable the Whereby top toolbar, you don’t have to do anything. The new button controlling the Meeting diagnostics will appear in the top bar.

• If you currently hide the Whereby top toolbar by using in URL parameter topToolbar=off - please remove this parameter.

• If you currently hide the Whereby top toolbar by using the URL parameter minimal - please add a callQualityMonitoring=on parameter to the URL.
